How to use

Starting dose: The usual starting dose is 2g. The dosage may be increased to 4g or decreased to 2g, whichever is lower the dose. For aciclovir, the dose is 4g three times daily for four days. For propylene glycol, the dose is 2g three times daily for four days. For ointments, the dose is 4g three times daily for seven days. Follow the instructions carefully. If your cold sore has not healed after 10 days, you can use the cream for 10 days in total.
